Characteristics of electric heating ring
The aluminum electric heating ring takes the tubular electric heating element as the heating body, the components are bent and formed, and then the aluminum is cast into various products in the mold. The utility model has the advantages of close fitting with the heating body, uniform heating, good thermal conductivity and long service life. This product is one of the ideal heaters at home and abroad. According to the needs of users, the insulation layer can be added outside the heater, the thermal efficiency is higher, and the power consumption can be saved by about 20%. It is mainly used for heating of plastic machinery, oven, water boiler, pipeline and non corrosive liquid.
Generally, the thermocouple is used as the temperature measuring element, and the temperature measuring millivolt meter is used as the temperature control device to direct the on-off of the electric current of the barrel and the mold, and selectively fix the temperature of each section of the barrel and the mold temperature. Table 5 lists the processing temperature range of some plastics for reference.
The electric heating ring of the barrel is generally divided into two sections, three sections or four sections. The ammeter on the electrical cabinet shows the current of each section of the electric heating coil. The reading of the ammeter is relatively fixed. If it is found that the reading of the ammeter is relatively low for a long time in operation, it may be that the electric heating coil is faulty, or the wire is not in good contact, or the electric heating wire is oxidized and thinned, or a certain electric heating coil is burned out, which will increase the resistance value of the circuit in parallel and reduce the current.
