1.Transportation of equipment
Our company can handle the transportation of the sold machines and production lines. When the users come to pick up the car, our company is responsible for loading the car.
2. Equipment installation and commissioning
After the machine arrives at the user, our company is responsible for guiding the installation and qualified commissioning. The hydraulic oil and power supply for the test run of the equipment are provided by the user.
3. Technical training
Our company provides free training for the user's operation and maintenance personnel, and we guide the company for more than a week on large equipment, precision equipment and production lines until the operator masters it.
The failure of the sold machines and production lines due to their own quality will arrive at the site for repair within 24 hours after receiving user information.
5.Provision of spare parts and spare parts
During the warranty period, our company repairs and replaces the damaged spare parts free of charge. After the warranty period, only the cost will be charged.
6. Technical upgrade of equipment:
Due to user's special requirements and process changes, our company is responsible for the changes and generally no longer charges.
7. Relocation and overhaul of equipment
Our company can provide a full set of technical support and services when users have equipment relocation requirements. Due to improper operation and maintenance, the machine parts and accessories are damaged or after many years of use, when parts and components need to be replaced and overhauled, our company still provides services to keep the machine running.
